By creating an account or using Examly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute practice tests, questions, or generated feedback.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to cheat on a real exam or violate any applicable law.

Paid plans and gold-coin packs renew or unlock features as described at purchase. Virtual coins have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Promotional deals may end at any time.

Examly uses AI to grade writing and speaking, generate practice items, and answer help questions. AI output can contain mistakes and is provided for practice only — it is not a substitute for an official exam result.

All content, branding, and software in the Service are owned by Examly or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
